A considerably sized new four bedroom dwelling on the site of an old private tennis court has its approval tweaked to include a proposed ground floor family room and linked double garage with aesthetic touches to match the main house. Planning approval was granted and Spatial Future Architects were responsible for the complete construction design and management.

The dual pitched rear roof and large apertures for the symmetrically aligned Georgian-style sash windows with stone surrounds blend traditional and modern building techniques. The classically inspired front porch adds a touch of accentuating emphasis simultaneous to the subservient side garage.
